There is a 16% Park Fee for all accommodations.

Occupancy Policies:

  • Rates for our Presidio accommodations are based on single/double occupancy.
  • There is an additional $25.00 charge for a third person.
  • There is no additional charge for children 15 years of age and under.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Individual reservations can be canceled 3 days (72 hours) prior to a 6 p.m. arrival for no charge. After the 72-hour cancellation period, a non-refundable one-night room and fee will be charged.
