Golden Gate Bridge Views with a Presidio Picnic

This route follows the paved Cliff Walk where you’ll experience nature and history from three scenic viewpoints. After your adventure, pick up lunch from Presidio Pop Up food vendors at the Main Parade Lawn.

Watershed Loop

This nature walk highlights several restoration sites in the Tennessee Hollow Watershed. You’ll see where landfills have given way to landscapes and where native species flourish, while discovering bits of history along the way.

Nature & History Coastal Walk

This loop traces parts of two Golden Gate hiking trails: the California Coastal Trail and the Batteries to Bluffs Trail. Along the way, you’ll see historic gun batteries, enjoy views of the bridge from the Golden Gate Overlook, and soak in the grandeur of the ocean from the Pacific Overlook.

Family Adventure at Presidio Tunnel Tops

Gear up for adventure that delights kids from toddlers to pre-teens. This itinerary includes fun kid-height objects at the Presidio Visitor Center, a touchable 3D map and a spin on “rolly” chairs, the unique Outpost nature playground, and the Field Station for explorers of all ages.
